Saw and sat in at Cleveland Auto Show but only for 3 minutes. It was on a platform and I only got in it because an Audi sales guy I have bought from helped me out. Either way from the outside it is an evolution. If you put the D3 tail lights on it most people would not notice major diff on the exterior. Being an A8 guy I notice the huge grill and the rear lights look like the 2010 A6. Front head lights are cool/weird but shpe wise similar to D3. An enthusiast notices the diff. My wife would probably have no idea it was different from our 2006.

Ahhh, the interior. Have to see it to believe it. Blows the D3, 7 series and S550(I have one) out of the water. The 3D dash and clustered dash with the complex finishes and the multi details moved me.

If I were in the market for one of the major flag ships today and picked strictly based on overall style, D4 wins. Only downside is that it is not easily distingused from the other Audi models. Also not different enough on the outside to me, but then again, why mess with perfection.
