Default High frequency vibration while driving, through seats and steering.

Hi my Audi family members, I have a 2011 D4 with now around 94k miles. I have always noticed a minor issue with vibrations for a long time but it wasn't a problem and was pretty unnoticeable. Now since a few weeks, it's gotten worse and I have been scouring online to see what it could be.

I dont want to take it to the dealer and have them take a look as my earlier experience was sub par. There is also a small vibration when idle which is obviously from the engine but I don't know if this is what also happens at speed. Where would thr problem be most located at - wheels/tires or engine mounts?

Any suggesstions welcome.

Thanks

.
Checked for codes? Check your engine mounts with VCDS.

During speed check tire pressure and thread, wheels alignment. I had a similar issue with a 2010 D3 (USA) and it was the balancer on the engine. The vibration happened around 2000-2300 RPM (it can change between cars)
