Btw in Carb states at least my dealer confirmed Turbos are covered 7yr70k

I would love to know this answer. My ‘13 CPO warranty just expired but if this is true I would have 1 more heat if coverage for the turbos. Very concerned about this problem.

I believe he was referring to the 4.0T. If the car came from a CARB compliant state, or you live in one presently (from what I have read at least) you should have the 7/70k coverage in your turbos. The TDI has its turbos covered under the "dieselgate" agreement to 10/120k along with a lot of other engine components...

4.0T and S8

also he said failure rate is extremely low
less than 0.1 percent as Audi has been tracking it across all 4.0T models
