Does anyone else find that the seatbelt height adjusters in their D4 are unusually noisy??

Didn't have an issue in the D3, but they've apparently changed the design of the adjusters in the D4 and they make a bit of noise. This is made worse by the fact that when you start the car and drive off, they automatically perform some sort of adjustment...

Dealer replaced the driver's side one which was deemed noisier than another car they had in stock but IMO it is not much better.

Hoping they redesign this part which reduces the noise it makes...
