Rear AC Controls
Greetings,
I recently purchased a 2016 S8 with 31K miles. The car has the executive rear armrest controls and the 4 zone control.
The rear armrest control has no power and the rear housing has no air output , even from the front controls. Checked rear blower fuse and rear control fuse and both seem OK.
Any help here would be appreciated

Check the MMI settings. Under CAR, there is an entry about AC, hopefully you will find something in there.

Something you might try in the MMI screen, is to take control of the rear settings from the driver's seat. Go to CAR, then CAR SETTINGS (I think), there should be a section labeled AC. Under that you will find REAR AC CONTROLS. You should be able to now control the rear AC unit from the front controls. Hopefully that will work and help pinpoint the trouble area.
