DIY Oil Change

DIY Oil Change
I have a 2020 S8, I'm used to changing the engine oil on all my cars. Haven't done so on this one just yet. The car was in Florida, now it's in Ohio, so I was wondering if I need to change the oil before the winter just to make sure it is running on the correct spec considering the last oil change (about 1,000 miles ago) was done in Florida and I am not sure which oil was put in by the dealer?
Also, I have always used Liqui Moly on my previous cars since they meet the specs, and at FCP Euro I get unlimited replacements. Meaning I buy a new oil kit with filters, I ship them back the used oil and filter and get a refund. So I really only pay for the oil once plus about $20 in shipping every time. They only have 0W-30 and 5W-30 available, which one do you guys think would be best for Ohio weather?

It may make sense to purchase the Pentosin then. Will wait to hear other people's opinions!
In regards to FCP Euro, they have a lifetime warranty on everything they sell including wear and tear items, with the exception of one time use products like fuel additives, soap, anti seize lube etc... literally everything like suspension parts, brakes, wipers, batteries, oil, and other parts are all covered under their warranty. I buy the part once, I use it, I buy it a second time and ship the old part back to them along with a form and they refund me the price of the new order. I do this for batteries, brakes, wipers, engine oil and everything else that I buy from them. It's not a loop hole or a gray area, it's what they advertise on their website. On top of that, their parts are all genuine and typically priced at below everyone else. Don't ask me how they do it lol. In terms of the Liqui Moly brand, it's always been up to spec with all my other cars, haven't had the chance to check it out for the Audi yet. Too bad they only have parts for German and some other European cars.

@Anthony Sarrouf Please confirm what is the oil spec for your 2020 S8? It might be 504/507 long life, 508/509, or 511 spec. This is not 0w or 5w or 10w-40, that is weight/viscosity
How do you send used oil back to FCP? That is wild!

For FCP Euro, I put the used oil in the same containers that I got them in!

What am I missing here? I appreciate your posting that document, but there is no information on recommended viscosities in that doc that I found. Says I need Audi oil spec 508 oil for my cars but that isn't defined anywhere. I know I can get that information from my owner's manuals so it's not really an issue. I was just curious.
