I saw these in pre-facelift D5 reviews. Are they no longer available in US D5? Is stitched lower door cards tied to advanced B&O?

which are you referring to? Pardon my ignorance, do you mean the thing in the door for storage -the little door thing? That's probably from the executive package (I have it), where it's leather. Are you referring to that?

For the "stitched lower door cards", I meant this

I just have soft touch plastic on the lower portion of doors.

For the "Piano black steering wheel stalks", I am referring to the better finished turn signal/ wiper/ cruise control stalks, with piano black and aluminum finishes.

On my US Spec A8, all 3 stalks are just plain hard touch plastic. Looked at some 2024 S8s as well and it seems to be the same hard plastic stalks.

My stalks are like the one you shared but the lower panel is injection molded soft plastic as well. I believe the leather pic that you shared is Audi Exclusive or a region where they don't cheap out on that area. I have the executive / full leather package for brevity

Those stalks are on S8 version but you can add to yours buying a new stalk steering column as in this link: https://www.proxyparts.com/car-parts...rtid/17347295/

don't know about post-facelift, but I have the piano black stalks and stitched lower card in my 2019.
