96 A6 vs 92 100S; should the 100S be slower than the A6?

96 A6 vs 92 100S; should the 100S be slower than the A6?

I have a 96 A6 and 92 100S. The A6 will blow away the 100S. Seems to me like they should have similar performance since the engines are almost identical.

Do I have a tuning issue with the 100S?

mine is exactly the oposite...but the A6 is stock and the 100S has high flow exhaust among others....

my 96 is faster off the line than my 93 100cs

the 100 gets better gas milage though

mine too...but it's only FWD the A6 is quattro ,also the 100 has new O2 sensors

the A6 will get them next week....i think high flow cats help too
