I want to try making the rings light up bright white with some LEDs I bought (10,000 mcd!). These suckers are BRIGHT!

On my 91 GTi, I put this 50watt bulb behind the black emblem in the front, covered with a red film in front of the light, behind the emlbem. I wasn't quite ready for the amount of light, 55w, I was putting up there. I turned it on, BAM! Red backlight! It was awesome... I had planned it like 5-6 months in advance, collecting parts and what-not. 20 minutes after the install, got pulled over and was forced to turn it off while he watched.

If I successfully complete this, I will definitely do a write-up with pics I'll take along the way.

So, if anyone can send me the emblem, or the grille with the emblem for a 92 100cs, I'll pay for shipping. If you want a couple bucks for the grille, ok... I'm poor, but ok...
