Please someone explain to me how do you clean the plenum chamber?

I think that you along with me picked up the wrong plenum chamber...
if you see on another post here asking where the plenum chamber is?
The plenum chamber that is being referred to is the air collection box across the bottom of the windscreen.
The problem is too much mechanical knowledge?
