Default Question: are black sport seats worth $200?

Ran across a set in black in decent share, not cracked, no rips and reasonably pliable in a junkyard in a 100CS. Are they worth that money? Also found a full size PS mirror. Contemplating swapping it.

Default Sounds reasonable...You can't find a good set of black UrS seats under $500...

...which is what I REEEELY want...

Default In Philly your lucky if anyone admits to actually having an Audi

If the parts you want aren't worth the time, or will take too long to pull, suddenly there aren't any Audi's. Even if you were here a few months ago and there were 3 A6's.

I'll probably go back and take some pics, just to make sure I didn't imaging it. Prob is they're black and my car is Ecru, so I'd just be buying them to sell or trade. Plus the sedans don't have folding rears. Otherwise I'd change color. :-(

They don't let you pull your own parts?

Default Did the seat look like this?

If no, it's not a Urs seat.

Default LOL, what are you smoking?

The big yards, which are also the best stocked only care about big $$ items and internet sales. Also thier prices are INSANE.

Teh small yards do, but they have nothing, or it's picked on, and the two u-pull it places have no Audi's, and usually don't.

Default Umm, yes.

Not sure if this is a trick question or not. Yes they did, but what else could they have looked like? I've only even seen sport seats and the flat comfort style seats in Audi's of the 90's. Were there others or are you making sure I can tell the difference?

Not being an ***, just asking.

Default Those are the 'sport' S4 seats, I think he's helping you identify them.

Only two kinds of seats came in the C4.

Sport = S4/S6, comfort = A6/100.

Default At this rate, pretty soon ALL S-cars will be worth more in parts than whole...

The Recaros really are great seats though. Probably worth that price...
