Re: I heardO2 sencors will help that out. My car is doing the same thing. gonna change the O2 sencor
Yes! I have read that too. I have checked my O2 sensors (or Lambda sensors) with Vag-Com and it showed nothing. I also pulled the signal cable from the O2 sensor in order to test if the problem persists (if you disconnect the O2 signal cable for each sensor the ECU goes into O2 sensor "safe mode" and makes the engine run better if you experience problems). This test didn't solve my problem either. One of my O2 sensors has been contaminated with oil due to a leakage from one of the breather hoses connected to the engine. It must be defective due to that as the sensor most likely is filled with oil and that is not good at all.

Re: Then do as "DaveInSaltLake" suggested, and start looking for a vac leak.
Well, a new item could be faulty for sure but I must asume that new parts are OK. The problem was present even before changing the wires, so I don't think that is the problem (but it could...)

Re: the VAG-COM is lieing. my suggesttion is right. Questioning my rightness?
Always questionening rightness until anyone comes into my garage and fixes the problem. I will give you cred though if your tip turns out to solve the issue (even though I already have that trouble shooting item on my own checklist).
