Default Special tools for rear upper control arm replacement?

Just got my new left rear upper control arm (tie rod). Bentley shows press tool. Do I need this?

Default This is the ball joint puller I just used on both of mine.

Default More or less the same concept as mine, just on a smaller scale.

My larger one doubles as a sprocket puller

Default That large one is nice, definately a must have for the tool quiver...

but the little one fits in tight places and really is a brut. You just have to remember to leave the nut on the threaded stud, flush with the top of the stud so you don't mash the threads and so you've got some surface area to push against.

Default It's not the exact one I have, mine is from Sears.

Just about any parts store will rent you tools. Auto Zone is just my first choice.
