Windows Roll up randomly

Windows Roll up randomly
Has anybody had this kind of issue. Its only when the car is off. Not running or key on. If a window is left down and you turn the key off, get out of the car, shut the door, 6 out of 10 times it will roll itself up. 1 out of 10 times it locks all the doors when it does it. I tried a different window controller to no effect.
The windows also work with the car off, you can operate them up and down and the sunroof with the key off. Not right, lol. This seems to be accompanied by a battery draw. Sometimes its dead overnight, sometimes is fine for a week. When the car is dead, it usually has enough juice to turn the interior lights on, and you can hear this relay clicking under the dash over and over
Automatic Window Closing Relay, J261 right next to the window controller, i replaced it too, still does it.
I take it out, and use a test light, the power to it is on, off, on, off, just like the clicking. The load reduction relay seems fine. Could this be an ignition switch issue?? Some other control module is failed? Cruise doesn't work either if it could possibly be related.

Yeah, could be your ignition switch going our or there is some kind of short going on.
After the car is shut off and the keys taken out, the windows can still be rolled up or down UNTIL the doors are opened. Once the doors are open they shouldn't roll, only with the turned key in the ignition.

That is a great piece of info, thanks! I bet its like a micro switch in the door or in the door lock. do these cars do the lock the key hold and all the windows roll up? Im looking at wire diagrams. holy crap, The Window controller is tied into alot of stuff. Alarm/lock module, Autocheck system, lamp control module and window controllers all are connected.
