Default Audi repair write-up's.

Ive been putting off doing writeups for certain fixes on the 4kq for a while, no motivation really due to school.
Does anybody have any special requests on what they would like to see written out, pictures will be included too.
Here is a list of things that I can do...
Instrument cluster removal
Door handle replacement and lock cylinder swap
Trunk shock replacement
Valve cover gasket removal/replacement
Headlight removal/replacement
Seat removal/install (front and rear)
LED window switch modification (thanks to CGTBrad)
Sunroof panel removal/reinstal with motor positioning
Rear differential mount replacement
Suspension overhaul (springs, shocks, tie rod ends, ball joints, control arm bushings, strut mounts)
Brake job (rotors and pads only)

Im sure there are more, but I really need feedback on which ones to do writeups on. Its getting colder here and there are some that will have to wait til the spring time of course.
Any input at all is appreciated!

Mike

Default Sunroofs!!

Lots of people bitch about theirs...and since yours is your nemesis anyway, why not put it to a good use? And while you're at it, take pictures on how you unclog the rear sunroof drains...umm...because I need to do that!

Default I think I know the problem with mine

There are black plates that the roof slides on and they are screwed down. The screws are held in by remote looking round dealies that are supposed to be held onto by the roof of the car itself. Both screws dont do anything now because the female parts they screw into flop around on the headliner part. Sounds weird yes, but its hard to describe. Pulling the headliner would be the solution for me, or to maybe very carefully glue the metal peices back in place, but thats a longshot.
I know how to adjust the roof now at least, and "zero" the motor back with the roof itself (the 4k bentley does NOT say how to do this, the 5k one does!).

Default Second the sunroof

I need to replace the fabric on mine, so a write-up would be great. Thanks!
