Default Changing heater cores tomorrow any special advice?

Will be flushing the cooling system first then replacing all rubber coolant lines with new and pulling the dash out to swap the heater core. AC is discharged already so won't be an issue.
Anything else that is a surprise pain in the ***?
Thanks guys (and gals),

Default You don't need to pull dash, but I did. Lol

Default Took me a while

I replaced one heater core hose, never again! I was told that I didnt have to remove the center console, but I ended up having to. Took many hours just to replace one stinkin hose. Nothing real difficult, just a pain.

Default I did it in June.

Not too bad at all, I just removed the glovebox ('86 Coupe). Not sure what your car is? Check the link and thread.

Heater core
