Re: C'mon guys. Someone must know how to enter the radio code!
This works for Augi "Gamma" Radios but hey, you never know...Turn on the radio. Press the FM1 and AM buttons simultaneously and hold them down until "1000" lights up in the display, then release the buttons! If you continue to hold them down, it would cause the radio to consider the number "1000" to be the input code number. Use station buttons 1 to 4 to input the code number. Button 1 to input the first number, button 2 for the second, and so on. Once the code is shown on the display, press the FM1 and AM buttons again simultaneously and hold them down until the word "SAFE" appears in the frequency display. Then release the buttons! Soon afterward, a frequency will be displayed.
If you accidentally input the wrong number, the word "SAFE" will appear in the display, first blinking, then continuous. You can now repeat the entire process ONCE MORE. The number of attempts will be shown in the display. If you input the wrong number again, your radio will lock up for one hour. Leave the radio on. After an hour, the display with the number of attempts goes out and you can try again. This cycle of two attempts, one hour lockup still applies.
