fun q for the day: what is the best job you've ever had (not for the money, for the job)?

Either remote telecommunications tech or fishing guide
The tech job was adventure plus! The fishing gig was well: fishing, what more do I need to say?
Steelhead, 5 species of salmon, rainbow trout, cut throat, Dolly Varden - fresh and salt water. Lake trout, pike and greyling and Halibut for big fun. Fly, spin or troll depending on target fish
I'm thinking of going back to guiding after my retirement from government in 6 years.

I like what I do now
I finally have a nice office job which I thoroughly enjoy!
I did enjoy warehouse work for 4-5 years though. Got a great workout daily (no AC), read dirty books all day, filled orders for customers (probably you guys!), stocked shelves, and actually just goofed off more than anything. I also did training there too.
I have only been at my currrent job since August, but I love the company so far!

my last gig, when i got disabled, was an office job. i really enjoyed it...
it was for a large bank. i dealt with the esculation issues. i was office of the president. i 'd get all the nasty mail, phone calls, attorney general complaints, better business bureau stuff, that kind of thing. when the person had gone as far as they could with their complaining, it got to me. it ended with me, period.
it was fun because i like dealing with issues. it was kinda a spin doctor job. i like to bs (as you can all tell) so i didn't mind writing letters and making phone calls. i had the authority to change things, to credit a customer, or to simply say too bad and that's it. i had to research and figure alot of things out. sometimes i'd be correcting credit reports, finding a way to get a customer their money back without a write off. it was cool.
oh, and the money was good. i was on their disability for about 3 years as well as my social security disability. man do i miss that chunk of change.
