I have a radior fan that wont turn off.
so yeah i replaced the thermo switch and the thermostat about a year ago. any ideas why its staying on?

I would suggest replacing the fan switch in the bottom of the radiator. At least unplug it and see what happens. You may also try to jumper it (key should be in the "on" position).
