Default Mine's not a quattro......

So you'd have to be willing to get over the lack of 500lbs of additional weight, plow heavy nose, 1,000 additional moving parts.

*oops...did I say that out loud?*

But if you can, I've got one of the nicest '87 4000S's you'll likely find.

5 speed transmision

Stone Grey Metallic, repainted in 2 stage about 4 years ago: straight, glossy and beautiful

Quartz grey cloth interior

H1/H4 Hellas from the fatherland

Quattro front sway bar

Bridgestone Tauranza's

Full size spare with matching wheel and new tire

Audi 5000 trunk carpeted floor board over the spare so the trunk is full width and useable

Brand new Hirschman power antenna

Brand new Sony Xplod speakers, in the dash and on the rear shelf.

30 watt Clarion AM/FM/CD player that looks old school and matches the dash look perfectly.

30+mpg at speed

Freezing cold A/C with new radiator fan and new receiver/dryer

New, very large diameter battery cables and engine to body cable

Bulletproof, fast, quiet, smooth. Been our family car and my daily driver for about 3 years. One previous owner. I used to work on the car for the owner when it was almost brand new (and always offered to buy it from her).

I wouldn't hesitate to jump in it and drive it cross-country, or anywhere else. We've camped out of it, taken it skiing, taken it on vacation, etc.

And now for the best part....273,000mi!!
