Minor Electrical Issues
So.. I have this minor electrical bug. Sometimes when I step on the brake the turn signals on my front bumper light up just a tiny bit. Also when I am stepping on the brake the turn signals don't work. But when the blinkers do work, they blink real fast. I am thinking maybe the blinker relay behind the speedo is the issue. Anybody have any other ideas?

Classic "Bad Ground" problem.
What you most likely have is the Classic "Bad Ground" problem. Usually in the rear light assemblies.
could be a ground for a bulb (take them out and check for crustiness, and clean connections)
Or.. Could be bad ground connection at connector. Sometime wiggling the connector helps, but you really shold pull it off, and see how crusty the connector is.
In really bad cases, you may have to run a separate ground wire from teh rear ligh cluster to the body.
