Trim
The bumpers and trim were refinished. They painted them with some sort of semigloss black trim/bumber paint. It looks like they originally did when new + a fresh coat of low gloss Armorall. They did a fantashic job. It was all included in the $1,550 price...

I painted mine about a month or two ago.
I wish I had a digital camera so I could show you some before/after pics. Basically, it's a simple process that requires mostly preparation. First, obviously, you tape off the trim. Real easy. Next, you get this "prep-all" surface cleaner stuff that removes all things on the surface, such as dirst, wax, etc. After the prep-all, you spray onto the trim an adhesion promoter, in this case, Bulldog. The Bulldog is basically like a spray-glue. Spray it on very lightly, and only use about 2 or 3 coats, if even. If the Bulldog runs, and you try to wipe it off with a towel (found out the hard way), the fibers from the towel will stick to your trim. So, once the Bulldog is on, start with the bumper black. You can use a flexible kind or not, doesn't really matter, that part of the car tends not to flex that much. Coat with the black until all imperfections are covered up. I chose to use a clearcoat over the black paint, just because it looks nice. With a light coat of clear, it looks like it's fresh from the factory.
