Orlando 4000S

You all know that I went a little newer and bought a 1995 90Q back in January. Well last month my wife was rear ended by a concrete truck in our Mercury Sable. She's OK, BTW.

It was determined totaled and I started looking at the local ads. Then just like it was meant to be I spotted a 97 A6 Quattro Avant across town on Craigs List. Showed her the ad and she actually thought it looked nice. Keep in mind she was looking at Impala's and Accords. But she did want a roomy storage area.

My buddy Jon (Evol) and I previewed it and gave it a once over. These Orlando sealers can be real scheisters. It got our thumbs up so we took her the next day. She liked it and we made a deal. Got it for $4100 with 106K miles.

It needed a few minor things like vac lines, a brake fluid flush, ignition switch(PITA!!!), and a PS pump. got all that done and she runs like a champ. Gets around 22 MPG.

Anyway, here's what my driveway looks like now...
