What exactly is included in this inspection? What does the delearship all check and inspect?

They'll check very BASIC stuff for you. 21 point is very few things to check. I will do this service ONLY if it's for FREE. They'll look at Fluid levels, brake pads/disks condition, wiper blades condition, tires, all lights, visual check for leaks, test drive, check for exhaust leaks, major fittings, belts and some other things that you can check yourself if you have a garage.

fluids? does that mean all fluids? oil, break, coolant, anti-freeze included?

Re: I think so...all fluids would be checked - NOT replaced. Ask them!
