86-88 Audi 5000 CS quattro turbo body kit
I have been searching for any kind of body kit for the 86-88 Audi 5000 CS quattro turbo. I have had no luck as of yet. I found a ray of hope if i can get some people behind me. There is a company that will custom make any kind of complete body kit if 10 people will sign up for it. They need a prototype car in Cali to do a trial run on and this lucky person gets theirs free. If anyone is interested please email me n8_dogg41280@hotmail.com with any questions or comments.

Re: V8 hood/RS2 bumper/4kq rear spoiler anyone?
Hey Quatfan,
This is my first audi and my first attempt at finding aftermarket parts. Will the Rs2 bumper fit the 5000 along with the 4kq spoiler. Also where can i see what these look like if they fit. Sorry for the lack of knowledge but thanks for the reply.

Re: V8 hood/RS2 bumper/4kq rear spoiler anyone?
The 4kq rear spoiler is a bolt-on, and makes the rear of the car look like the DTM champion V8's.
AFAIK, no one has yet done an RS2 copy front valence for these cars. What would need to be done is to purchase one of the valences for a type 89 (80/90 series), cut it up, and lengthen and widen it to fit the larger nose of the type 44. It would be easiest to do this with a fiberglass copy of the original. Inner suppport would have to be figured out, too, but I'd like to keep the inner bumper structure if at all possible.

Here's a shot of an RS2, to give an idea of what might work. You can see why a V8 hood might help pull it all together...

http://www.quattroclubusa.org/join/</a

someone mentioned a fiberglass hood a week or 2 ago
Check the link. There is support for a fiberglass hood, V8 style. I'd love to replace that front bumper, it looks pretty 80's.

https://forums.audiworld.com/v8/msgs/29114.phtml</a

The kit is made of fiberglass. From my understanding it would include a front and rear bumper cover and side skirts. There is a possibility of something else. Let me know if you are interested.
