Can someone tell me if I need to order this part along with....
a motor mount. It's called a [Engine/Motor Mount; Front Anti-Torque Mount/Bushing] I'm not familiar with this and can't find any info on one. If so how many do I need? TIA

There is only one, in the very front left of engine. Sticking straight out and has a bracket over the top of it. Goodluck!

OHHH, so that's the snub mount!
I've come across that term before. Silly question, but what exactly does it do? Is it hard to replace? TIA

I just replaced the brokenone in my current A4 1.8TQM. Front off the car like
everything on A4s but really not too bad. Couple of hours. Changed a broken one to a tougher APR snub. Really tightened things up including shifting.
The T44 probably requires pulling the bumper and grill so you can loosen the front cross brace.
I was told that it is expecially important for T44 turbos because if it is gone the engine tends to move up and dimple the inside of the hood.
