Couple of questions
Finally got the 200t running (epic poem in and of its self) now i can worry about some of the smaller issues. None of the internal electronics except the climate control system work (interior lights, dash computer, radio) are there fuses to be replaced to fix that? I drove the car around alot last night, its a dream to drive. Beats the heck out of the chrysler concorde I had before. any suggestions are appreciated.

Re: Fuses and such
I figured, i'll get one of those variety packs today and see what happens.
i took some pictures this morning, i haven't really had a chance to clean the car up yet. http://kdavies.ath.cx/audi200.html (be nice to my server!)
And no, its not quattro (i wish), someone just replaced the back glass w/ a quattro one.

Indy and 'puters
Why were you in Indy - I grew up there! (F1 race maybe?)
Also, nice old server on your webpage. My home server is a P3 650 with 512MB PC133 ECC ram, 20GB and 30GB drive pairs (both mirrors), Win 2003 Server etc etc.
We be geeks!!

Fuses. Maybe but why they blew is probably ...
Broken wires in the drivers side trunk hinge. It might look OK with the black tape but ope it up and you will probably find broken and shorting wires.

Re: Indy and 'puters
i got bored and had a day off, so i drove over (live in columbus ohio) I'd wanted to go to the F1 race there, but people have told me its boring because of the track setup.
Downtown is very very nice, very modern (compared to columbus)

got some stuff working =)
one of the 15 amp fuses was blown, All the interior lights, the onboard computer calculator, status display, clock, radio works. The radio turns on, but displays SAFe and makes an awful squealing sound from the rear right speaker. I tried to hold in AM/FM to enter a code, but it didn't work. Any suggestions? Also, how do you set the internal LCD clock?

the safe mode required the correct radio code. Do you have it?
If so and you are sure it is right try entering it again. Search the forum for instructions on doing this.
Right rear speaker has a blown power supply for the amp. Replace it or it can cause a fire. There might still be a recal in effect. Ask a dealer.
Clock: pull out on adjustor **** to set.

Yeah, downtown is very nice. I used to work on the circle (where the Soldiers and Sailors monument is). It was SO cool to work down there - lots of stuff to do for lunch and after work!
