As far as model years go..my v8 says it was made in 6/89 is this a normal date or on the early side?

As far as model years go..my v8 says it was made in 6/89 is this a normal date or on the early side?
what I mean to ask is should I look for any changes to a later model 1990...seems that this car must have been one of the first boat loads over? no?

Ok I wasn't sure...one time when we spoke you used the word "early" when I told you about the car..I just wasn't sure what that ment..Remember I'm a nooooooobie!!! This is the first non american car I've ever had...and know what??? I wish I would have had this car earlier on!! I love it!! A complete pleasure to drive...I'll give you a call later on this week Ron...had some other minor things to run by you...see next post...I need that spoiler

How many were built?
ETKA shows massive amounts of serial numbers, but I didn't think that many actually rolled off the lines.
(this was meant in reply to Ron's serial number, but the forums judged that it was to be placed elsewhere...)
