The weak pot metal bracket things (slide rail) that always break are fine.
The rear-most edge of that bracket does have a sliding screw which has some height adjustment...these are already maxed out. I'll have another crack at it this weekend. Oddly my Bentley only has info on the sunroof motor, no details on sunroof removal or anything.

Yep. Know what you mean, checked that as well. Managed to get it sorted with a combination
of lowering the front and resetting the guides to the "absolute" lowest possible point. Softening up the seal made a difference too as it has less of tendancy now to stick on one corner or the other. Thanks for the help folks...and the entertainment
