ALSO -- can anyone point out to me where the primary O2 sensors are located? I would like to disconnect them and see if that improves the situation. the battery cables are tight.

My first thoughts were that the throttle cable was moving and not properly fastened, as Loudgoldwing stated. That seems to have been eliminated. The codes would really help. I'm not home and can't look at my '95 Cab and can't remember. Does the MIL illuminate when our Cabs are started? I couldn't tell by your video. The reason I ask is that if there is an ECU problem, such as an issue with air/fuel (MAF, O2 sensors, etc), you should get an illuminated Malfunction Indicator Lamp. I'm only going in that direction because you stated no check engine light (MIL) and that it idles OK, and then has other problems after warm up. That's making me think about the open and closed loops of the O2 sensor system. However, I would be surprised if O2 issues and ECU response to that would vary the fuel so much to cause the LARGE problems that you are having. The EVAP system gets involved in this also. See 12v.org http://www.12v.org/engine/index.php?section=hw&sm=o2. However, I would clean the MAF sensor, with MAF cleaner, and check the connections. I would also test it since that is an easy test. What do you all think about that possibility?

you guys can see the problem here. cleaned ICV, added SeaFoam to gas tank and motor, no help. has to be the throttle body/related part?

did you pin the gas and make it rev up like that?

If so...

Looks like your ISV...if you have already cleaned it, you can test it with a multimeter.

I have a few spares for sale if yours tests bad.

yea, that was me on the accelerator. can get one or two good revs out of it on startup, then it will only go between 1k and 2k RPM even at WOT.

you think replacing the the throttle body/associated PCB with one from a local junkyard will alleviate the problem? how hard would that be?
