Default 1PissedOff90, a question. My roommate has a same problem You had with windows

So he read Your post and ran to the dealership and bought a new module 443 959 257Bfor 85$, didn't You pay more?
Where exactly is it located and how hard is it to get there? He is not too mechanically enclined, but he did change his Cam sensor and O2s. What needs to be removed to get there?

Thanx, Lenny

Default yes, dealer list is $147.xx and I paid -20% off that. But dealer pricing is all over the map...

I was willing to pay whatever it took to find one in-stock.

Installation is simple. Just remove the lower dash cover under steering wheel (4ea 10mm bolts) and drop panel out of the way. There are 2 large relays attched under there (impossible to miss) its the one thats harder to get to (aint it always the way!?!) Easiest way is remove the easy-access one then the bad one. Then replace bad one and re-install old one. Shouldnt take more than 20 minutes.
