93 90- Shock recommendations - Koni adjustables or Bilstein Sports?
I have a good source for the Koni adjustables, they will be externally adjustable and cost only $30ish more per shock then the Bilsteins.... I'm worried about putting a stiffer shock into my car as the roads here in Milwaukee are far from forgiving.

I have Bilstein Sports .... I like them alot... and the lifetime warranty is pretty sweet.
I had to send my rears back because one of the bushings cracked. They sent me 2 new ones for free. It worked out nicely.

We use Koni Adjustables on the race cars...
I love the koni's we have had major improvements in handling since we used the Koni's, and the adjustments actually do make a huge difference (under racing conditions).
What did you get for a price??? and what shock is it? double adjustable (bump and rebound)?

Re: We use Koni Adjustables on the race cars...
Your "Professional Opinion"?
How do you think the Koni Adjustables would fair in a "Street Car?"
Are the Koni's on the Race cars the same Koni's we get for our street cars?
Could you agree, Koni's are a bit much, for a 4000lb street driven car?
Thanks!

What exactly is a bit much? Have you priced Koni adjustables? Did you even read my post? "$30 ish" more than Bilstein's each.
The thing is that I drove on Koni's in a 88 90, on the firm setting and they felt quite good.

The question still remains............
Are the Koni's on their "race" cars, the same Koni's You & I can buy? ;O)
Plus a "race" car is considerably lighter than a
"street" car!
I'm fully versed in Koni's! I have a set sitting in my shed, on a set of coil-overs! ;O)

As you know my CQ is running on Bilsteins & I have no problems....
but my ladies is running BOGE/Sachs in her sedan and her ride is not bad. For highway driving I'll take my Bilsteins, for streets like in Milwaukee and Chicago, BOGE/Sachs.
