Default 95 2.6e Auto cabby going for...

what looks like it's first new cam belt (done 60K but time wise..OMG!) etc, what exactly should I be getting changed...the belts, tensioner, water pump...anything else while it's all in bits...

Default No problem...this is what happened to my '95 a week after I bought it...

...the timing belt was done right before I bought the car (by idiots with standard not metric tools), but they never replaced the thermostat, idler or tensioner (so it was the original parts at 116k mi). I was going to leave school one day and heard this horrible clanking noise...

(no damage was done - everything else held the tension on the belt even though the tensioner was in pieces)

Does the front bumper have to come off on the 80 cabs or can it be moved/tipped forward - like some B5's? Not me doing it, but wanted to check, as mine does not line up too well now - the gap is a little large under the grill to the top of the bumper and thought this might get 'fixed' when belts done...
