codes confirmed it. Some questions...
1/ Does the vacuum for the flaps operating the vents come from the intake plenum in the engine compartment?
2/ Besides the main module that distributes vacuum to individual flaps where else should I look?
3/ Can a gear adjustment improve operation of the vents.
I had a feeling it was a vacuum problem because I don't hear the flaps and vents kicking on when I turn the car on. Always did before.
Broken venting tubes cause problems?

but i will need to because no a/c comes out of the center vents above say 65mph only comes out of the lower ones
