Anyone figured out how to get etka working on laptops that can't go 1280x1024?

I got the goods but it's the passenger side, I needed driver's side

I didn't even think u gonna send me the other side, I cleaned it up, painted it(20$ for a can of primer and a can of paint), put the strut in, then just decided to put and old and a new one together, to take a picture and @#&*$^@#*&$^@#*&$^

I was so hyped up when received it, was dreaming about how I'm gonna go and drive the car today, and then.....
I still need to do a bunch of HW for skool, but now I don't have any motivation to do anything....

From what I know the ETKA can only work at that resolution....
I have it on my Apples and thank God, Apple resolutions on
their monitors is quite variable. PC laptops with that have that kind of resolution have to be top of the line units, which means
big bucks!

My Sony Vaio goes up to 1600x1200 resolution, but it doesn't display the full screen. So when I have it set for 1280x1024 (Etka spec), it's a point to navigate because you have to 'scroll' through the screen to view it all.
I haven't seen any other way around it.

Change your LCD panel size in the display properties to one that supports 1280x1024. Its how I get it to run on my Presario. The viewable area stays at 1024x768, but the area follows the cursor around. Kind of a PITA, but works...

Tried that on mine, video card won't do it no matter what driver is used...
and there is no screen scrolling built into any driver that works with my laptop's video setup. So I just use a screen scoller on 1024x768, works fine.

Your laptop sucks more than mine (Duron 900, 16mb video, 256mb PC133 ram) ;-)
I'd try the LCD panel driver switch first on any laptop, then go for the util if that doesn't work.
