Anyone pulled their bumpers in???

People have talked about how you can pull the bumpers in about 2 inches or so on a CQ, and I'm just wondering how I go about that.
Not the whole bumper, just the "bar" that mounts the plate and washer nozzles (in front), and the similar piece in back.

Thanks so much for the help. Found the bolt, and now I just need to drill that ish out, and put it back together.
