Hi having found at a breakers yard, a car looking the same as my 1995 Cabriolet 2.6, I was delighted to see it had in the trunk/boot the optional 6cd changer. I bought this and am now trying to fit. However I wonder if the car it came from, had a different loom, or cable adaptor to my car. The 6cd changer unit's end of cable connector does not match my car's loom - .. or have I got all wrong. Having taken out the trunk/boot liner- I was pleased to find wires (not connected) in the exact left hand near floor location for the normal fit of Audi's 6 CD changer unit. (see picture) If this is the right loom i've found in the car, sadly the connections are not the same as the 6 CD changer. Any ideas on next steps would be most welcome.. and best wishes for the new year !"
