Default electric windows

Hiya, I have a 1999 1.8 cabriolet, on my drivers window control panel no lights work on switches, none of the switches work, the switch on the passenger door does the same ( nothing works ) but the switch in the middle which drops and raises all the windows together, work, but it works all the windows apart from the driver window. The driver window won't work at all, but the others work with the middle switch, and the middle switch only. I have checked the fuses, I have also checked the relays ( I think! ) there is 2 relays which are the same, I had to get to through the dash, I swapped them over and the windows work the same ( or not work!!! ) so I am presuming that the relay is okay. Can anybody shed some light on this for me. Please the nice weather is comming, and I am going mental trying to figure this out!
Cheers Col.

Default Yes, you need a Power window control module

On the Cabriolet, because of the convertible aspect it has its own module, it should be located under the drivers side knee bolster (you have to take it off) in order to gain access to the relay panel.

The module occupies 2 relay spots, so it is big.

Default I should probably add this

Here are teh diagrams

First pic is the power window control module, circuit breakers, and drivers window switch.

In the second pic we have the switches and motors on the left, and the 4 relays on the right. Please note the two other relays are behind the back seat on the drivers side while the other two are underneath the dashboard.

And finally we have the third pic with the convertible top control module and the middle switch that put's all the windows down.

Hope it all helps
