New laptop too (hence the stickers)?

Cordless mice are very nice, Highly recommended (come in optical and regular)...Mine goes about 8-10ft away from the base unit. Ditto for my keyboard (its cord-free too).

heh, monitor is only a 17" NEC MultiSync XP series, so not large. The wireless comes in handy if you output to a TV, or just like to easily clear your desk of clutter. Also nice if you have a keyboard tray, no tangle of wires to catch your feet in.

I'm working on getting a laptop with wireless NIC. We have a very large wireless system on campus, and can rent university owned NIC's to use on their network. Pretty neat
