right after head gasket job. i usually wait like 3hrs run time before i change again after a head job because i use diesel fuel to clean everything while doing the job and some always gets left behind so i just change the oil and replace the water with coolant after running for a couple of hours. when i changed it the oil came out as thin as water and BLACK!!! but now it is good to go! well as far as drivability...

Breather leak...Aka oil fill cap or dip stick wasn't seated fully would be my guess.

holly crap! where are you finding them so expansive? check out craigslist, local adds, stuff like that, DO NOT GO TO A DEALER!

thanks for the advice guys i found a couple one that has 180k and another that sounds like it would need some head work... how well do the trans hold up on these cars i mean 180k sounds steep if they go soon who would rebuild them and how much would you be looking to spend on that?? just trying to get my facts i want a fun daily driver that i can do some work on myself.
