Default O2 sensors

I have a 1993 Audi 90 cs quattro. it jsut flipped 200,000 miles and the O2 sensors are getting about ready to be replaced. The problem with them is that they cost about 120 a piece. I work an an all Audi garage, I am a mechanic there and we really don't get a good price on them. does anyone know of a place where I can get them for under $100 a piece. If so please let me know.

thanks
Nick

Get the ones which "splice" in and pay around $70 each!

are these universal 02 sensors? We put universal 02's in an audi 100 with the same motor and it never ran properly, the check engine light kept coming on as well, as soon as we put new OE 02's in the car ran properly again. We checked in the bosch catalog and it said that there is only 1 type of sensor that oyu can use in the car. I am not sure if this is bosch's way of scamming german car owners or what but if somenoe has a definite answer I would really like to know. Thankyou,
Nick

I have a "non OE" O2 senor in my car and the car is a 100 model. The sensor is BOSCH, it was $45, 3 wires, and needed splicing. Very easy to do. It is designed for some Ford model but still it works fine for me...10k miles on it and never had a problem.

Default Nope, no autozone near me. MikTip got a link for the spliced O2 sensors? More...

I am pretty positive either my cats or 02 sensors are gone. Is there a way to determine it? I have smelled an egg smell occasionally which I know is cats, but I still have a good exhaust flow I think....I'll just do both if I have to.

what year is your 100. the universal O2 sensor worked in the older 100's with the 5 cylinder engine but I am not sure about the newer V6.
