an oil problem ?

an oil problem ?
the lifters are making noise after oil is warmed up,the noise is like all the 8 lifters where ticking(rattle).I changed the lifters, the engine is very quiet when cold, but after 5 minutes it makes the same noise. I changed oil 3000 km ago(Mobil Super M 10W-40).Is oil the problem ?

What is the temp outside? Try 20w50 if it is warm (50F+ usually). I have never used Mobil Super M. I use Castrol Syntec blend 20w50 (summer) and 10w40 (winter).
