Default Picture Friday - My two beautiful coupes

Ok, so only one of them is the kind of coupe you are thinking of, but the other is still technically a coupe, and also happens to have been produced by volkswagen ag.

Also, I took your advice and went with the clear corners, and they look great. Only problem--where can I get bulbs that look clear, but light up orange?

Also, no more bent up 18s, back to modest stock 15s (yeah I know about the center cap, I am repainting them)

Default A Scirocco is one Bad *** Coupe,

my uncle used to race on in Greece when I was a kid. With some serious mods, those cars fly.

I am slightly partial to the Corrado though, is and always will be my fav. VW

Default Same here. I spotted a 'rocco @ an auction from far & went to look @ it

close up.
Cars where boxed all around it. I get in, start looking around. Thinking to myself, wow this is a really nice 'rocco compared to others I'd seen.
Dawn's on me to take a 2nd look outside again.
I get out, trying to see it squeezed between all these other cars.

"Audi" & "GT" badges!!!
It was a Coupe GT.
That was 6 or so CGT's ago. The rest is history. Many other Audi's (& cars) have come & gone since then....

Default Same here...first car was a 1982 Coupe.

I was amazed at the level of luxury for that old car - heated seats, power mirrors, etc. It was a solid car.
