I know that 034 sells a kit, or.....
you can find metric to -AN fittings and make your own. I know the sizes of the fittings you would need if you would want to go that route. The only pain is finding the metric to -AN fittings.

just take that length of hose to a hydraulic supply shop & they can make u a new hose
you should have an idea though of what kinda pressure is moving in the system. They'll also be able to recommend hose material/composition appropriate for your application.
the trickiest part is getting the proper metric fittings for the connection ends. Don't substitute or force -AN or SAE to fit, make sure you take the time to find metric parts. They do exist, after a lengthy search I did find supply local to me (and I live in Northern Canada).
