Default Re: How low is the RS bumper to the ground? Looks good!

Curious as mine has the lowered suspension. If I get one of these covers, I dont want it to be too low!

How'd you finally get it to mount up?

Default Picture 4 and "review"

Not bad, eh? I need to finish the body kit. Its normal from the rear, and up front is bad ***. The kamei "bad look" eyebrows really give it an aggressive touch. The install was fairly difficult, yet not really for whomever is next. I had to chuck the DOT bumer to squeeze in the turn signals. It was replaced with a hollow steel bar. I really wanted to have some sort of protection on there in order to make the airbags deploy. I then took three blocks of metal, bolted them on top, to lay the bumper on. One was dead center, so I could use that one bolt straight up, and the other two were under the headlights. I pre-drilled, and then that was pretty much a bolt up procedure. On the wheel wells, I was able to put 1 screw in each of the top holes. Not a bad fab job if you ask me, the thing doesn't really budge. I need to make the grille tomorrow, I just ran out of time.

Default Looks aggresive!

Looks good, gives the car a whole new look, "bad-boy" eyebrows too heh!

You'll probably notice the bumper looks a little out of place with the stock black side sills and black lower portion of the rear bumper; I noticed this when I put on my RS2 bumper so I got 'em painted as well.

Side skirts and new rear bumper next??

Default Yes.

Definitely doing the side/rear bumper, but don't have the funds right now.
