<center><img src="http://pictureposter.audiworld.com/70023/666666.jpg"></center><p>In this pic the arrows point to a bubble where the light has melted the clear plastic guage mount a bit.

The circle showes pieces of my white backing that fused to the clear plastic mount with the heat form the 2W bulb. When I hold the guage face up I can see clear through it where the white backing has stuck to the backing.

I realy hope that I do not get any ill effects from where the guage face lost its backing...when re-installed the pieces stuck to the backing and the holes in the guage face lined up real well...just gotta wait to see about light bleed.

Sorry about the small arrows and circle...look real hard they are red.

You can turn the brightness down some too. We had no idea this would do this, as several people on the UrS4 board have been using 2W bulbs without issue. Some of you have mentioned that the 2W bulbs seemed a bit bright at full brightness, perhaps turning them down a bit will find a happy median. I suggest everyone at least do that to prevent any problems. Once again, sorry for any misunderstanding.
