Anyone interested/have aftermarket audio equipment.
If you do, post up what you want. So PAC can get something in the works. I personally want an interface to allow my Alpine deck to be controlled by the steering wheel.
Ipod ideas, etc.

We spoke earlier about your Audi A3 and I am interested in getting a project started for these vehicles. The first step for me is to get as much info as possible. By this I mean schematics of the radio plugs, entertainment components, and actual pictures of the plugs and the cars. If you have any info that can be forwarded to me or links, I would greatly appreciate it and shortly after that we would need some testing vehicles. Another thought, how would you feel about maybe getting a poll posted on a forum regarding what products to make and which ones are not as important? I look forward to hearing from you and moving forward on this project.

Re: Anyone interested/have aftermarket audio equipment.
was definetely interested in upgrading to alpine head unit. Would really like to be able to do it with PAC unit. Just want to be able to control Ipod and radio from sterring wheel controls. Would also like to keep radio display information in screen between tach and speedometer.

Re: exactly what we need to hear more of. specific ideas like this are perfect.
Does anyone have pictures of there 2006 A3 or A4 with the radio removed, or a picture of the factory connector for the radio? What about anyone in So Cal that has plans to replace the facorty radio with an aftermarket navigation or radio and what retain steering wheel buttons? I need some beta testers and am willing to give adapters for no charge as long as the vehicle can be used for R&D. Either email me at samg@pac-audio.com or call 800-854-3133 ex:131 (m-f 8-4:30 pst) for more details. VEHICLES MUST BE 2006 FOR NOW.
