Ok, so I know this is bad, but I got a ticket on I-80 for doing 111+mph. It was early morning, no one was around, and his radar must need calibration cuz I was driving far faster than that. Anyhow, I was the only person on the road in favorable conditions, so save your "you shouldn't be that irresponsible" comments. I love your face. Anyhow long story short, I got out of the ticket 6 months after it was issued. No "2 pointer" on my record, and my bail of $431- returned to me (see photographic evidence) All of this is due through the guidance of ticketassassin.com, those guys are amazing, and they helped me find a loophole in my ticket. My final cost of the whole deal. $25- to ticketassassins and about .70 cents in postage. Can I get a what, what?
A final point to consider. In the state of California, only 1% of the population fights their tickets, of that one percent, 70% win. Think about that next time you are getting ready to just fork over the bail money, and call it a day.

http://www.ticketassassin.com</a

Generally, if I'm stopped for speeding, I pay it...
Simply because I speed almost everywhere I drive(when conditions are safe, away from schools, while avoiding women with small children and cute fuzzy animals, etc, etc...). So, when caught, its because I made the choice to speed, and I got caught...MY FAULT.
Besides, I've gotten out of more tickets by being honest with the officer ("Yes sir, I was going 135."), than trying to get out of anything...I've even had officers appologize for stopping me, write a warning, and then stand and talk about "how fast is that thing?" for 20 minutes. It's all about attitude for me.

i'm impressed
you're lucky you get the opportunity to go fast with no one on the road. it's a pleasure i very rarely get. you're also lucky that you got out of that one. might i ask what the loophole was?

"bail" is californian for "your *** is going to jail for a criminal offense"
Speed over 100mph is considered a criminal action in CA.

http://www.nhtsa.dot.gov/people/injury/enforce/speedlaws501/toc/caspeed.pdf</a
