Carbon Ceramic Squeaking/Humming low speed.

Carbon Ceramic Squeaking/Humming low speed.
I've been searching for a solution before taking my RS3 back to Audi.
every afternoon while stuck in traffic, traveling at very low speeds my Carbon Ceramic brakes make a loud humming/ squeaking sound when my foot is lightly pressed on the brakes.
Has anyone dealt with this, or has fixed the issue? Its very annoying especially since I commute daily in my car.

Just wanted to update here. Took the car to Audi, they replaced my brake pads and told me it was all fixed. Following day in traffic the noise was even louder than before. I'm going to be taking the car back to Audi and see what they can do. This is no fun to drive and really pisses me off. Beware of Carbon Ceramic brakes.
