You can recode it to show the lambo symbol on start up.. but some other features don't work.

Default Vent too?

Actually that defroster vent in the upper left of the dash looks awefully familiar too.

Yeah, but I've seen those center dash vents in Japanese (or even domestic?!) cars! 8-0

Default a few items

steering wheel, climatronic unit, nav plus unit, instrument cluster, vents? overhead console and likely much much more that you cant see.

Last year I saw a C6 A6 part with a lamborghini crest on it... a sign of the times.

Default I was just at Neckarsulm, which is where the gallardo body structure is made

7 a day, alongside 130 A8's and 800 A6's (a day)

The Italian bit, is basically screwing bits on, and installing the engine. Not sure who assembles the engine.

Maybe it should more accurately be called an Audighini

Default If anyone is familiar with Lamborghini of old, this is a good thing.

However, the Gallardo drives a bit too cool and collected to feel Italian. The Maserati is much more flawed, and yet more charismatic IMHO.
